| Shipping Please allow 6 to 8 working days for your order to be shipped by Savings, Naturally. Some products are already on hand, while others are brought in from the distributor at the time of the order. If your order cannot be filled from the stock on hand, time is required for the product to be shipped from our distributors to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and then from Vancouver to your shipping address. Savings, Naturally carefully scrutinizes all orders that are to be shipped to a different address from the billing address and reserves the right to hold back shipments. Savings, Naturally does not ship to Post Office boxes. As our prices at Savings, Naturally are very competitive, we have chosen to make our shipping costs as close as possible to the actual cost of shipping. Shipping to all countries other than Canada will continue to be based on actual shipping costs, with an additional amount for handling. Rates to the United States are based on Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel USA rates. Shipping Within Canada Savings, Naturally is now offering several shipping incentives within Canada: - a flat shipping rate within British Columbia, Canada of $7.50CAD for all orders under $150CAD before taxes;
- free shipping anywhere in Canada for all orders that total $150CAD and above, before taxes.
Shipping Within VancouverDue to growing demand, we have developed special shipping rates within Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, which came into effect on June 1, 2008: - purchases under $50CAD before taxes will pay the flat shipping rate of $7.50CAD that is charged within British Columbia;
- purchases between $50CAD and under $100CAD before taxes will pay the flat shipping rate of $7.50CAD that is charged within British Columbia, but will receive a free gift of their choosing from the range of gifts regularly available at For orders over $100CAD;
- purchases over $100CAD will be shipped for free within Vancouver, British Columbia. This will not be reflected when you go to Checkout, but your $7.50 will be refunded to you on delivery.
- Alternatively, if you would like to pre-arrange a pickup and be refunded the cost of shipping, orders can be picked up from the offices of Dr. Richard May, Chiropractor, Suite 201, 1525 Robson Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. This must be pre-arranged with Savings, Naturally through Contact Us. It’s best to use our Cheque/Money Order option during Checkout to be able to deduct the shipping costs more simply later.
At present, Savings, Naturally has chosen to do online business in Canada, Australia, Bulgaria, France, Greenland, Iceland*, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom*, and the United States. The recipient is responsible for all customs or duty charges incurred when Savings, Naturally’s products are shipped outside Canada. We shall gradually add other countries as the demand increases. Please Contact Us if you want to place an order from a country outside the listed countries, but please understand that we still may choose to hold back shipments to countries outside those currently listed. We use Canada Post to send most of our products by air. Some of our products must stay upright to travel, and they will be shipped by courier or common carrier, rather than by Canada Post. If you would rather pay more to ship with a courier, or pay less to ship using Canada Post overland or a common carrier overland, contact us at Savings, Naturally and we can discuss your needs. Returns Savings, Naturally vouchsafes that when products leave our premises, they are in good condition and well packaged for shipping. If, for some reason, you need to return the products you have ordered and purchased from Savings, Naturally, you must first Contact Us to establish the rationale for the return. No credit will be allowed for merchandise kept more than 30 days from the date of shipping. Then, if products are still in their original, unopened boxes or containers, and in clean, saleable condition, the purchaser might be able to return them for credit. This must be arranged in advance. We regret that we cannot refund the price of returns, only issue credit, at a rate of 80% of the original cost of the item. Product will not be considered “saleable” if it has faded labels, price stickers, stamps, glue or residue, or is defaced in any other manner. Once you have confirmed that you are able to return the product for credit, please package all your returns securely and enclose paperwork showing your name and a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Credit for returned goods will be acknowledged by e-mail once goods have been inspected by Savings, Naturally and found to be in their original condition. *Savings, Naturally has recently entered a contractual agreement with its main supplier of supplements, vitamins, and minerals - NOW Foods - that disallows it from selling NOW Foods products into the United Kingdom and Iceland. However, even though Savings, Naturally cannot sell NOW Foods products into the United Kingdom and Iceland, Savings, Naturally is still able to sell products from any of its other excellent suppliers into the United Kingdom and Iceland.
