Nina Shoroplova, the principal of Wrasma Marketing and the idea woman behind Best of Health, Naturally, has a varied background:

- Nina began a one-year natural nutrition diploma at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in March 2009. She is blogging her experience;
- she has transformed a lifelong interest in health foods into a passion for natural dietary supplementation;
- she successfully completed an alive Academy of Natural Health course in Nutrition: Studies & Applications on April 18, 2008
- on August 21, 2007, she graduated from NOW University’s 7-Syndrome Healing, three courses that are based on the text resource, 7-Syndrome Healing, by Marcia Zimmerman, Clinical Nutritionist, & Jayson Kroner, Clinical Sport Nutritionist;
- for seven and a half years, she worked with Fisheries and Oceans Canada, researching and writing about Pacific fish and fish habitat;
- for five years, she worked with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, researching and writing about food production, inspection, protection, and usage in Canada;
- her Communications degree from Simon Fraser University included psychology and kinesiology courses;
- for many years she lived on the land: in Canada, she lived on a cattle ranch; in Australia, she lived on a sheep and cattle property where she grew all her family’s vegetables, baked all their bread, and spun wool. There, she also gained a Meat Quality Assurance Officer certificate to assist with the export of fresh lamb – her earlier British training in human anatomy made the course much easier;
- graduating in physiotherapy from Cardiff Royal Infirmary in Wales, Nina worked as a physiotherapist in both England and Canada during the 1960s and 1970s.
